Europe Trip Planning – Package Tour vs Self Planned Tour – Ep 1

If you are thinking of a Europe Trip, then the first thing you should decide is whether to go via Package Tour Operator or Plan everything on your own. In this article which is Episode 1 of our Europe Trip Planning series, we will review the advantages and disadvantages of Package Tour vs Self Planned Tour based on various factors and then help you decide whether to go via Package Tour or via Self Planning.

The factors on which we review the advantages and disadvantages are listed below:

Basis the reasons mentioned in above video, I scored 4 points on Own Trip and 2 points on Package Tour. Hence, my recommendation will be to go with Self Planned Trip in Europe.

However these are scores basis my travel preferences and I understand that everyone has their own way of traveling. Therefore, you can use my method of scoring to help you decide whether to opt for package tour or go on self planned trips.
